At our school, we deliver Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) through the Ten:Ten Life to the Full programme. This is a fully resourced curriculum, rooted in Catholic teaching, which supports children’s physical, emotional and spiritual development. The programme is based on the Catholic Education Service’s model RSE curriculum, recognised as good practice, and is designed to be age-appropriate, engaging and inclusive for all pupils . Through a combination of high-quality video content, discussion, prayer and reflection, Life to the Full helps children to understand their dignity as individuals created and loved by God, while equipping them with the knowledge and skills to form healthy relationships and make positive life choices. We also value the important role of parents and carers and provide opportunities for them to engage with and support their child’s learning through the programme.
